1st Annual Pratt Chili Cookoff and SuperBowl Party!

This year we decided to throw a Chili cookoff for the SuperBowl. Of course we got all decked out in all of our Patriots gear assuming that they would win and complete the perfect season, but alas as happens 9 times out of 10 with number 1 ranked teams....they choked. Aside from the disappointing loss, we had such a great time. The house was full of people, and we had the best chili cookoff. Julia won with her midwestern white chicken chili recipe. I guess that was expected since every person we know in TX is from the Midwest! LOL

The kids had fun throwing the football in the yard, and bouncing on the trampoline. It was a great Sunday! Even Eva got into the spirit!

New Years!

We had a great New Years! We went to the McCorts for New Years Eve. I have never seen so many fireworks before on New Years. I guess they are very popular in TX for any and every holiday!

New Years Day was fun. We watched both Bowl games and both MI and Bama won their games, so it was a good day all around!
We can't wait to see what 2008 brings for the Pratt's!

Grandma and Grandpa Visit!!

Grandma and Grandpa came for a very fun visit on Christmas. The girls had a great time playing and singing with them. It was great to have them here for the holidays, and can't wait to see them again soon!

As you can see in the photo, grandpa had a great time relaxing and sleeping! :)

Christmas!!!!!

We had a great Christmas this year. Audrey helped me decorate the tree, and make cookies for Santa. We put the Santa key out for him since we don't have a chimney. When the kiddies woke up, Santa had brought Audrey the trampoline she asked for, and some pacifiers for Eva. He also brought mommy a new I-phone!

Santa also spoiled the doggies this year and brought them some yummy rawhides. Daddy got spoiled too, and received some great Michigan stuff for work.

Nana and Grambo Visit!

Nana and Grambo came for a visit to see Audrey and Eva babe-a. We had a lot of fun while they were here, and got to spend time with my family before Christmas. We made cookies and watched Holiday Inn and White Christmas. It was so much fun having them here to make the holidays a fun old fashioned family christmas!
